ElectroTours was started 8 years ago in Tampa Bay
Florida. We were only a local provider for virtual tours and
real estate photography until 2009. We have also been a verified
service provider for NAR's Realtor.com website for 8 years.
After many years of building up our virtual tour marketing packages and
syndication network we decided to take the services nation
wide offering our virtual tour marketing packages to realtors
everywhere. We may be new to your area, but we have been in business
for many years and have several thousand happy customers.
Our Service:
We provide a service that we believe cannot be matched by any other
company at this time. Our packages include the ElectroPath exposure
network, Virtual tour sign rider, Lead generation and are all custom
built and designed per each listing. Building a website for each
listing by hand has great benefits to the realtor. This allows each
listing to have its very own -HTML- website. Search engines such as
Google, Yahoo, AOL and MSN pick up the html code and the leads start
coming in.
Production & Syndication:
Each ElectroTour takes about 3 hours to produce depending on the
size of the home, After your ElectroTour is completed you will
receive a notice by email. At that time our staff will start the
syndication process for exposure and mail out your virtual tour sign
rider. The only place you will be required to post the ElectroTour
is to your local MLS system.
We do the rest! ElectroTours are posted and syndicated to many
different websites for exposure. After 6 months most of these
websites will automatically remove the listing. This is why
ElectroTours are required to be re-newed after 6 months unless the
listing has sold. After you re-new your ElectroTour it will be
re-posted and syndicated to all of the websites as a new listing for
another 6 months. Because of the marketing and exposure we generate
for your listing, chances are you will not need to worry about re-newing
your ElectroTour after 6 months. Over 90% of all homes with an
