This request will remove the login requirement from every website we syndicate the virtual tour to. Please read the notice at the bottom of this page before you submit your  request.  Once the login has been removed it can not be added back. Its final.

Notice: More people will view the property with no login, However - you will lose all the benefits listed below. The login can not be added back once it is deleted.
 
 Benefits of keeping the login requirement on the virtual tour.
 
1. 80-85% of the information received is valid and correct. Only a small percentage of people enter false information.
 
2. You are able to email the person back that viewed the tour and thank them for viewing the property. You can ask them if they would like to schedule a private showing or ask them to send you feedback about the property.
 
3. Online virtual tour views are now as important as an open house. You require people to login at an open house. This should be considered the same and the information you received should be used in the same way.
 
4. You can use the information to send the viewer a list of other properties that you have listed or that are for sale in the same neighborhood. If they are not interested in your listing maybe you will be able to sell them something else in the area.
 
5. You can add the names and email addresses to your contact list. Send them monthly news letters or property updates.
 
6. If the price of the home changes you can go back and email everyone that has viewed the home and inform them of the new listing price. This might get the person to take another look at your listing.
 
7. If the home receives updating or a new paint job during the time you have it listed you are able to go back and email everyone and let them know. This also might get the person to take another look at your listing.
 
8. You are able to print out the guest log each month to show your clients. Since virtual tours are now as important as having an open house it is important to show your clients that people are viewing the home online and that you are marketing the property. Having this list and information  will help support you if you must advise your clients to consider a price reduction.
 
9. You are able to print the list and take a copy with you when you go on listing appointments. Show your new client the information you receive when you do a virtual tour and tell them how you will use the information you receive to sell the home if they give you the listing.
 
Most important thing to consider before removing the login
People that are interested in the property will login. If they do not login they may not interested anyway. More people may view the property if you take the login off, however you will loose all of the above benefits and you can not go back and get the information once its gone.

If you lose the listing    (It's Your Advertising Dollars)
If your clients decide to drop or pull the listing and then the homes sells right after - you will be able to view the login page and see if the person that bought the property viewed the virtual tour while you had it listed. If they did view the tour and then they buy the home after you no longer have the listing you may be able to collect your commission.

 
Our Advice
If you choose to remove the login requirement we will have it removed right away. Our advice would be to talk it over with the home owners and let them know the benefits of having it and of not having it. If they decide to lower the price or remodel the home at any time you will not be able to go back and contact everyone that has viewed the property and let them know.
