Failure to list any special requests or instructions
may result in $49.95 return trip fee
 
It is very important to list all special requests in this section. Each Virtual Tour is customized and designed one at a time. If you do not let us know about special requests the whole video will have to be redone. It takes about an hour to reproduce a video just to change one photo. The charge to reproduce the video is $15.95. We do not always include every room in the video. We try to keep the video under 3 minuets. Anything over 3 minuets may cause your buyer to loose interest and move on to another listing. Also please list any other instructions in this area. Gate code, Alarms any pets in the home that we need to know about?
 
Below are some examples of special requests we have received.
 
1. Please include the laundry or garage area in the video
2. Please do not show the office in the video.
3.Please start the video with Waterviews and end it with the front home photo.
4. Please take a photo of the new AC unit outside.
