Details:
Your ElectroTour will already be posted to our ElectroPath network of websites. It's included with each package at no extra charge, However, Realtor.com is not included automatically because they charge a fee to have a virtual tour added unless you have a showcase or enhanced agent account with them. So, If you do have a showcase account with Realtor.com select the option on the order page that indicates ( I am a showcase member $0.00) and we will post the tour to Realtor.com for you at no charge.

If you do not have a showcase account with Realtor.com and you do want your  virtual tour added to Realtor.com you will have to pay the fee of 24.95 and select the option on the order page stating
(Non-Showcase member $24.95)

Or you can choose to not have the tour posted to Realtor.com at all and select the option on the order page ( Skip Realtor.com Posting)

Frequently Asked Questions

If I skip the Realtor.com section on the order page, can I change it later?
Yes, you can send an email to our customer service department at any time and add Realtor.com linking services. You can skip this section on the order page and make a decision later.

Will my listing already be on Realtor.com?
Yes most MLS systems will automatically send all listings to Realtor.com, But they do not send the virtual tour. So your listing will be on Realtor.com but the virtual tour will not be.
Realtor.com showcase accounts are not part of your regular MLS or board fees.

If the tour is posted to Realtor.com will it show up on anymore websites?
Even if you do not have your tour posted to Realtor.com we are still going to post it to our full network of websites. However if you do select to have your virtual tour added to Realtor.com it will also be added to all of the websites that Realtor.com syndicates and posts to. Adding your tour to Realtor.com also includes it being added to premium linking.  Website list

Can I post the tour to Realtor.com myself?
No, Realtor.com only allows authorized service providers to post the virtual tour to Realtor.com

How do I know if I have a Realtor.com showcase account?
If you do not pay Realtor.com a monthly or yearly fee for enhanced services then you most likely do not have a showcase account with them. In some cases the broker supplies this service and pays the fee for all agents in the office. Check with your broker if you are not sure. You can always skip this section on the order page and add it after your ElectroTour is completed.

Do I really need my tour posted to Realtor.com?
Realtor.com states that they have over 5 million buyers each month searching for homes.
When someone searches on Realtor.com they have the option to select
(Show me homes with Virtual Tours) If you do not have a virtual tour or if your virtual tour is not posted to Realtor.com there is a chance that the buyers who search for homes will never see your listing. Realtor.com states that homes with virtual tours posted receive more views from buyers.

Who actually charges the fee to post a tour to a non-showcase account on Realtor.com?
Realtor.com charges this fee. We collect the fee from you and send it to Realtor.com, Unless you are a showcase member. If you are a showcase member you pay nothing to have the tour added to Realtor.com

If the MLS number changes do i have to pay again?
Yes, Realtor.com charges each time the Virtual Tour is posted. Unless you are a showcase member with Realtor.com you will have to notify us with the new MLS number and pay the $24.95 again.

The ElectroPath Network

An ElectroTours Exclusive !!
Syndication just makes sense. You know that when you generate more exposure for your listings, they are likely to sell faster and for more, but who has the time to re-enter a single listing into a dozen different systems?

This is the beauty of The ElectroPath Network

Your listing will be advertised all over the web!
Ridiculous Exposure!!
Why ridiculous? Because the number of visitors that will automatically be exposed to your listings is so high it's ridiculous. Our virtual tour syndication is ridiculously ahead of our competition. Ridiculous because, unlike other companies, we don't charge extra for it . . . or for the leads it hand-delivers to you. It's simply the best exposure you can get!

* This list is subject to change without notice. ElectroTours does not represent that all of these companies will display our tours at any given time. Some of the companies listed have term limits and expiration times on listings submitted. These times are determined by the listed companies and can range from 30 days to 6 months. ElectroTours are exposed through multiple channels, which in its totality comprises of  The ElectroPath Network
