6 Months Hosting & Marketing Exposure

Because are system is different and we are dealing with countelss other websites when we syndicate and market your ElectroTours we must set an expiration date.

This will assure that your listing is getting its full exposure and marketing for your clients.

Your listing website, virtual tour and all the marketing will be active for 6 months.
After 6 months most of the websites will start removing the virtual tour. After 7 months the listing website and virtual tour will be deleted from our server  if you have not extended the service. You can extend the listing website and virtual tour an extra additional 6 months if the property has not sold for only  $9.95

The fee of $9.95 covers the cost associated with hosting the listing website and virtual tour on our web server for 6 additional months. In most cases you will not need to extend your services. Most listings are sold within 6 months.
