About the emails you receive when a tour is viewed.

 

You will receive an email each time the tour is viewed from the different websites that we post the tour on.
However, some of the sites do not allow us to track the visits. From those websites you will not receive an email and the visit will NOT be tracked. Some of the sites allow us to track the visit but do not allow us to collect any information from the viewer. From those websites you will receive an email letting you know someone viewed the tour but it will  NOT have any contact information in it. From the websites that allow us to collect contact information you will receive an email that DOES have the persons name and email address that viewed the property. If a tour is viewed from the MLS system you will receive an email letting you know it was viewed but it will NOT have any contact information in it. Received emails will have the below subject lines.

Subject: View = Should have viewer contact information in the email. *

Subject: ElectroPath View = Should have viewer contact information in the email. *

Subject: Promo View = Will not have viewer contact information in the email.
--- Some network websites not allow viewer contact information to be collected. When the tour is viewed from one of these websites the subject line will say - PROMO VIEW

Subject: MLS View = Will not have viewer contact information in the email.
 --- The MLS does not allow viewer contact information to be collected.
