After the tour is renewed our office staff will re-syndicate the tour to our syndication partners.
This will keep your listing active on the network of websites we syndicate to for 6 additional months.
 
NOTE:  If the tour has already been deleted and removed from the server the cost to pull the tour from our backup files and reload it to the internet and renew it for 6 months will be $29.95 The whole process takes about an hour.
 

 
Note: What happens if i do not renew my tour?
After 6 months the ElectroTours are automatically removed from all the internet exposure by our syndication partners. If we do not receive an order to renew the tour it will be deleted after 8 months. If the tour is deleted the cost to renew will be $29.95.
 
Why Does My Tour Expire?
ElectroTours® are not like other virtual tours. We actually market the listings for you on many websites. Each of these sites have their own policy and will begin removing the listings after about 6 months. An ElectroTour is not JUST a virtual tour, it is an entire marketing program. To keep your listing active on these websites and gain maximum exposure you must renew the ElectroTour every 6 months. The renewal fee covers the cost associated to host your tour and syndicate it to our network of marketing sites.
The cost works out to about $3.32 per month.
