If the video does not play it should have gave
you the Active X message that is discussed above. Only if it did
not give you the above active x message, proceed with the below
instructions. |

If the
video tour does not start you may need to
update your windows media player to version 9.0 or later. Streaming Video works best with fast internet connections
and is not designed to run on dial up service.
Click on the icon below to download the 9.0
version. Select a place on your hard drive to download the program
to. After the download is completed you will need to locate the
download in the folder you saved it to and then run the
application. This will update your current windows media player to
the latest version. |

NOTICE: If you already have
windows media player version 9.0 or later and you have allowed the
active x notification to run - and the video still will not play on
your computer you may need to contact your computers support
department to get help with your computer settings.
We use a program that is designed to work on all
computers. If it does not work on your computer it means your
security settings could be blocking active x controls. |

FireFox - Mozilla Browsers
1.
To play Windows media in Firefox, Firefox needs the
Windows Media Player browser plug-in installed.
2. If the above solution does now work or if you do not want to
install the plug-in you can re-visit the page with Microsoft
Internet Explorer and you should have no problem viewing the video.
FireFox - Mac Computers
To play Windows media in Firefox for Mac, You will need
the
Windows Media Player browser plug-in installed.

Mac Computers #1 |
Our videos are produce with
windows movie maker and are WMV files. They should work
on all Mac computers automatically. You should not have to do
anything. However, if the video does not play on your computer
you may need to update your computer so
that Windows Media will play in QuickTime. You can install the
below free plug-in to correct this problem. Or go into your
QuickTime settings and make sure QuickTime is set up to play
windows media.
