This cost covers the production of the virtual tour, uploading and hosting the virtual tour on our servers, virtual tour sign rider and all syndication and marketing to the network. We will also handle customer service calls and tech support calls for you. After you send us the photos our staff will do the rest. How much does the distributor make per order?
↑Top This depends on how much you decide to charge for the virtual tour package. We have designed this package and with the service we provide we are confident that this is the most profitable program being offered today. We have had great success charging $119.95 per order. At this rate you will make $60.00 per order on the marketing package. This allows you a lot of room to grow your business and hire photographers to help cover your area. ElectroTours are easy to sell when marketed effectively because real estate agents place repeat orders. An average agent will list about 2 properties each month. The average price of a real estate tour listed by an agent is approximately $100.00. A customer base of only 30 agents ordering two tours each month would create a monthly earnings potential of $6,000. There are more than 2 million real estate professionals in the U.S. today! |

Is there a limit on what a distributor can charge?

Does ElectroTours advertise for distributors?
↑Top Yes, we market the product nationally by email to Realtors. When a customer visits our website they will have to select the area that they are wanting information on or to order. Once the customer selects the area they will be taken to your selling and ordering page. |

What area
/ territory will I receive?
↑Top Distributors are able to select as many areas as they wish. Areas are divided by county and can not be split unless it is completely necessary. You can service outside of your area, however you are only allowed to market within your area. This policy protects you and other distributors. So in short, you can service clients anywhere in the world but a vast majority of your business will likely take place within your local market area. |

Are the
areas / territories protected?
↑Top Yes, we are only allowing one distributor per county. Your area will be protected for 6 months. This gives you time to build your business. After 6 months if you are not producing at least 5 virtual tour orders per area each month the area will no longer be protected. If after 6 months you have produced a good business we will protect and guarantee your area in writing for you. |

Can I offer
extra services with the virtual tours?
↑Top Yes, you can offer any extra services that you like. Flyers, brochures, High Resolution Photos, Express MLS photos or anything else you can think of. Any extra services that you produce you keep all of the profits. A master copy of the tour on CD is the only thing that has to be supplied by ElectroTours. The fee for a master copy CD is $5.00. You can resell the CD to your customer and make as many copies as you like. |

How long
are ElectroTours active for?
↑Top ElectroTours are active for 6 months. Because we market the listing on countless websites the marketing must be renewed every 6 months. The customer pays $19.95 to renew the ElectroTour marketing for 6 extra months and will receive a renewal email. If the customer only wants to renew the ElectroTour to keep it active and does not want to renew the marketing they will be charged no fee. |
