built by a custom commercial builder who cut no corners in achieving

stripped down to the structural masonry

frame. then reinforced to exceed Dade
County's 140 mile/hr wind-load storm parameters plus the integration

The builder. who is the current owner,
also had the home meticulously finished and professionally decorated
by a renowned interior designer.

fluted Tuscany pillars and baluster balconies on the inside as well
