You only need to pay to renew or extend a tour one time. If you have
already paid to renew the tour in the past do NOT use this form. Contact

and let them know the tour# and they will renew the tour for you at no cost. This does not apply to rental properties.

| Why does my ElectroTour expire after 6
months? |
1. We syndicate and post your listing to countless websites for
exposure.
Each of these websites have their own terms of service and expiration
times. After about 6 months they will start to delete and remove the
listing from their website. |

| 2. The MLS system does not notify us when your listing has sold
or been withdrawn. Because of the hosting cost associated with keeping
each virtual tour active on the server we must set a time limit to expire
all tours |

| Why do you charge to extend my ElectroTour? |
| 1. After you extend your virtual tour our staff starts the
process of re-posting your listing and virtual tour back to the network of
websites. This process takes just about 2 hours to complete. The fee
charged covers the cost associated in posting and marketing your listing
on all of these websites for 6 additional months. |

| Will I be charged to extend my ElectroTour
every time? |
| 1. No - After you have extended your ElectroTour one
time you will not have to pay to extend it again. We are very proud of our
SOLD rate. Between 85 and 90% of all ElectroTours are SOLD before they
expire. If your listing has not sold and you have already paid to extend
the ElectroTour once before, Contact our Customer Service department by
email and let them know you have already
extended the ElectroTour in the past. Include your name and the
listing address. |
